Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Piccolini. If, for whatever reason, you wish to return the items purchased you have a period of 14 days to do so. Orders past 14 days will not be accepted.

The product(s) that are being returned should not be used or damaged. They must be returned in their original condition including all packaging and tags as initially delivered to you. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted.
You will have to bear the shipping cost of returning the goods to us. We are not liable to repay additional costs arising from you choosing a delivery method other than the most favourable standard delivery method we offer.

Returns Procedure

To return your order you must email us at stating your decision, quoting the order/ transaction number of your purchase (from the order invoice received), and listing the product(s) you would like to return.
You will receive an email with instructions on how to return the product(s) back to us after we have reviewed and approved your request. Please note that you will be responsible for the courier charges to return any products.

Refund Procedure

We will issue you with a refund of the full amount paid for each item returned.

Once your returned order has been received by Piccolini, kindly allow for up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method unless it is a gift returned (please refer to the relevant paragraph below).


You have the option to exchange your product(s) for an alternative by following the Returns process outlined above. We can either exchange your product for another one of the same amount or provide you with a coupon code of the same value to be used online when you place an order with us again.

Gift Return

If you are returning an item you received as a gift, please follow the same returns procedure by sending us an email at and we will advise you on how you can return your gift. When the gift is returned to us we will send you a gift voucher of the same value either via email or via courier.

Damaged Items

In case you receive damaged items please notify us immediately using our contact details.

Delivery and Shipping Details

Delivery of the products will be undertaken by a courier of our choice to the shipping address provided by you.
You must make sure that you have provided the correct and complete address to which the order will be delivered. In the case of providing a false or faulty address – an extra cost will be charged for a new delivery to the correct address. Please note: We cannot ship or deliver goods to P.O. boxes or to any address outside of the Republic of Cyprus
